unhappy day

Today I very unhappy because my name is not listed in the college fee waiver. all information written by me is true why my application is not approved when the two sisters of my friends who are studying can college fee waiver . when I do not have a sibling group of 6 people. thing makes me feel sad because I had to pay fees.
